Questions about readings and payments
For anything about how the service works, the spreads or a payment, write to [email protected]. If a payment was taken but the full reading was not generated for technical reasons, the reading is returned to you automatically. There is no complaint to file.
Complaints
We take all other complaints at the same address and respond within 14 days of receiving them. The details are in the Terms of Service.

For anything about your personal data, such as access, correction or deletion, write to [email protected]. How we process data is described in the Privacy Policy.
